TR Wholesale Solutions’ sales specialists receive eight weeks of initial instruction and participate in a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education per year. Classroom sessions include industry/product news, product performance evaluations and technology updates. Extensive training also includes hands-on, real-world testing on TR Wholesale Solutions’ private test track allowing them the opportunity to experience the influence of tires, wheels, suspension and brake components on ride comfort, noise levels and performance. They also evaluate tire handling as well as wet, dry, snow and ice traction at TR Wholesale Solutions’ on-site test facility or at an indoor ice rink.
On the phone, you’ll receive the most accurate advice and product recommendations when you need them. Our sales specialists will consult with you on the appropriate performance products for your customers’ vehicles, verify the fitment and assist you in finding the best match for your customer’s performance needs and driving style.
